Our skilled quality control management team is involved in pre-production inspection of fabrics, accessories, patterns and samples, inline-production inspection as cutting, sewing, trimming, ironing, packing, post-production inspection of assortment wise stacking, shipping mark or labeling, stuffing etc. FIL all time assures you the best AQL standard of quality and performance. Our regular quality control inspectors, our qc managers inspect daily for each order or style along with a final inspection on prescribed form which may send to buyer for keeping the best quality as per buyers’ demand.
Our team always keeps the original design, content of products , size etc as per buyer requirements. We always try to avoid any variation between the approved sample and the actual product. We collect samples at every phase of production. We thoroughly screen all samples through most reliable and well-equipped testing sources to ensure the original quality.
